My Credit Card Was Declined or Failed the Monthly Rebill, What Should I do?

In most cases, there's nothing to do. VURVhealth will automatically attempt to rebill your credit card again over the next 1-3 days. If your card still does not successfully process, you may need to update your billing information and replace your credit card with an alternative method of payment. You can easily do this by clicking: http://vurvhealth.com/login and logging in with the email address you registered with VURVhealth and your current password. From there you can update your credit card on file and VURVhealth will automatically attempt to rebill your monthly membership fees. If the problem persists or you need additionally help, please email us at help@vurvhealth.com and a member of our Support Team will assist you.
