How Do I Remove Members From An Active Subscription Plan?

If you would like to remove any additional family members from your VURVhealth account, please send an email to help@vurvhealth.com from the email address you originally used to signup for VURVhealth and request the specific family members you wish to have removed from your account. A VURV Support Team Member will be pleased to help you remove the family members you choose. Please note, VURVhealth does not offer prorated refunds for membership. Canceled accounts will continue to have access to their VURVhealth membership until the last date of the subscription and will automatically terminate before the next billing cycle.
