Their team members are available to help you Monday - Friday, from 7am to 5pm CT. MDsave tries to ensure that vouchers purchased for procedures include all provider and facility related fees, so you only have to pay one bill. If you require additional treatment at the time of service, as in the case of surgical complications, you may incur additional costs. A consult fee may be applied if you see the provider but the procedure is not performed, as in the case of failure to follow preparation instructions.
