What If I Need To Change, Cancel, Or Transfer My MDsave Voucher?


Please call the MDsave Healthcare Support Team at (844) 256-7696 if you need to:

 

Change your appointment or procedure, cancel a voucher and get a refund, or transfer a voucher to another provider.

 

The MDsave Healthcare Support Team is available to help you Monday - Friday, from 7am - 5pm CST. Every procedure is backed by the MDsave Promise: If you do not receive care for your purchased procedure, MDsave will refund your payment in full.

 

MDsave vouchers expire one (1) year from the purchase date except in the cases described below. Funds from expired vouchers will be placed in your MDsave patient account and can be used for new purchases, or you can request a refund by contacting the MDsave Healthcare Support Team at (844) 256-7696.

 

Vouchers purchased during promotional campaigns expire six (6) months from the purchase date, and funds will be returned to your MDsave patient account, or you can request a refund from the MDsave Healthcare Support Team.

 

Vouchers purchased from providers who cancel their MDsave participation expire the day the cancellation takes effect. Funds from cancelled vouchers are refunded to the MDsave patient account just like expired vouchers.

 

Vouchers purchased using the CareCredit credit card expire 30 days after the purchase date, after which the payment will be refunded to your CareCredit account.
