Am I eligible to enroll in SF MRA?

You may qualify for an SF Covered MRA if your Employer made a contribution to the SF City Option on your behalf and you meet ALL of the following requirements:
        •  San Francisco resident;
        •  Age 18 or over;
        •  Income at or below 500% of the Federal Poverty Level;
        •  Required by law to have health insurance; and
        •  Purchased health insurance through Covered California
