My Discount Card is Not Being Accepted, What Should I do?

If you're having a problem with your VURV Health Discount Card not being accepted at a provider's office or a retail pharmacy, here are the steps you should take.

First, please take a quick moment to double-check your card and make sure your card is still valid and hasn't expired. Also, please confirm that you're using the right Discount Card and have shared the correct details with your healthcare provider. 


Second: Double-check the provider's or pharmacy's participation in VURV's Network. You can easily find this information by logging into your VURV Health mobile app and re-confirming the Provider is in our Network.


If you're currently at your provider or pharmacy having a problem with your VURV Health Discount Card not being accepted and require urgent help; please contact our Network Partners Support directly.
