You can do so at any time by logging into the Member Portal or by sending an email to help@vurvhealth.com or by visiting vurvhealth.com/help and submitting a help ticket request. Please note, while you can cancel an active subscription at any time, VURVhealth does NOT prorate the current months network access fees and therefore cancellation requests of active subscriptions MUST be received before the 25th of the current month in order to terminate for the following month.
