If your group or organization is providing VURVhealth to employees as a Single Payor, then employees WILL NOT have access to the VURVhealth billing account Member Portal. Member Portal and billing account details will be designated to the authorized billing account representative within your group. Actively subscribed employees will ONLY have access to the VURVhealth mobile app using their designated email address and password. Please note, if your group or organization requires employees to pay directly for VURVhealth network access, then each employee will be required to create their own VURVhealth billing account.
