What If A Provider From The Network Doesn’t Recognize VURVhealth Or My VURVhealth ID?

From time to time this will happen as providers will change the affiliated partner networks and on occasion, a provider's staff may not be aware of this change. However the provider's office should be familiar and aware of VURVhealth's Preferred Partner Networks, though it's possible that the office personnel is unfamiliar with VURVhealth. To verify that your provider honors VURVhealth's preferred network pricing in this situation, ask them to call (800)290-0523 with any queries. Your VURVhealth Network ID cards also bear this number. It's also conceivable that this provider has left our network and our database and mobile app hasn't yet been updated.
